Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the Greige platform at joingreige.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including brands, buyers, and visitors.
Services
Greige provides a production management platform that connects apparel brands with vetted manufacturing partners. Our services include: sourcing and factory matching, quote generation, sample ordering, production tracking, quality control coordination, logistics management, and escrow payment handling. We act as a production orchestrator, not a marketplace or broker.
Account registration
You must create an account to access most platform features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Orders and payments
All orders placed through the platform are subject to our separate Order Agreement. Payments are processed through our escrow system and released at verified production milestones. Pricing shown in quotes is valid for 14 days. Greige's service fee is shown separately and transparently on every quote. We do not accept liability for currency fluctuation after a quote is issued.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all designs, tech packs, and brand assets you share with us. By sharing these materials, you grant Greige a limited licence to use them solely to provide the services (factory matching, production, QC). We do not share your designs with any party other than the factory fulfilling your specific order.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential: your product designs and specifications, our factory network and pricing structure, and any non-public business information shared during the course of the relationship. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greige's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee production timelines where delays are caused by force majeure, customs, or actions of third-party carriers.
Dispute resolution
We encourage you to contact us directly at hello@joingreige.com to resolve any disputes. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 30 days, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. These terms are governed by English law.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
