We also collect information automatically through your use of our platform, including usage data, device information, and interaction logs.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve our sourcing and production management services, communicate with you about your orders and enquiries, match you with appropriate factory partners, send booking confirmations and calendar invites, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Information sharing
We share your product specifications and brand information with vetted factory partners solely for the purpose of generating quotes and fulfilling your orders. Factory partners are contractually bound to keep your information confidential. We may share data with service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processing) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
Data retention
We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@joingreige.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the platform (authentication sessions, preferences). We use analytics cookies to understand how our site is used. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to use the core platform.

Security
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, and access controls. Our platform is hosted on Supabase infrastructure with SOC 2 compliance. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you promptly if a breach affects your data.
